All items are sold as-is and as-found. Certain items may be posted for sale as parts if they cannot be fully tested. All measurements are approximate. Gram weights are those from our scales, which measure in whole grams only. Unless otherwise noted, jewelry is untested and sold as-marked and gemstones are identified by color. Tested jewelry is sold according to the results provided by our equipment.

Normally our location ships the orders out in 5-7 regular business days. This does not include the day the order was paid, weekends, or holidays. If you have a special handling request, please ask us.

Eligible educational media orders under five pounds in weight will be sent via USPS. Due to our shipping volume, all non-media orders are shipped via UPS Ground. To combine an order with more than one flat-rate Media Mail item, please email us. Shipping insurance is not included on USPS orders and we are unable to refund items damaged during processing by USPS. If you would like your order insured during shipping, please contact us so that we can ship it via UPS Ground.

All pick up orders must be paid within 2 weeks of the auction end date. Please email seller if you need an extension on any payments. All unpaid pick up orders will be relisted on the 15th day of non payment, from the auction end date. All pick up orders will be held for no more than 30 days from the date the auction ends. All items that have not been picked up by the 31st day on hold will be relisted without notice to the buyer. No refunds for purchases left at our facility and no refunds on items that are subsequently relisted after the expiration of the 30 day hold. Once authorized, an item must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund. Certain returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items returned without authorization are considered donations. Pick-ups are available from 9am to 4pm Monday-Friday.
