Items selected for pick-up are to be paid through the online payment portal prior to pick-up. Items scheduled to be picked up must be located and the payment verified. Please contact us through the on-site ticket system to set up an appointment with our e-commerce manager to pick up your item(s). Because we use multiple buildings to operate our online business, please follow these steps for local pick-up. Any item(s) sold by Heart of Texas Goodwill (Waco) is eligible for local pickup at 1700 S New Rd., Waco, TX. Items selected for pick up from the seller, must be picked up within fourteen (14) days from close of auction. When picking up your item(s) bring a printout of your item(s) invoice and/or conformation of payment e-mail. If the item(s) scheduled for local pick up is not claimed by the buyer as agreed, 14 days after the scheduled pick-up date the item(s) will be re-listed, and your online payment for the item(s) will be considered a donation to Heart of Texas Goodwill (Waco). Handling fees apply to pick-up orders as well as shipped orders. This fee is non-refundable.
E-mail us prior to paying all questions relating to shipping adjustments or combined shipping. Items may be combined for shipping only if they close within seven (7) days of each other. When you click on Pay For This Item, all items that are eligible for combined shipping will be listed. Check the items you want to combine and the system will create one order. Shipping adjustments can be applied to your order after. You must pay for items to be combined at the same time. Once the method of payment has been selected for an item, it cannot be combined with another item won at a later date. If you have won an item and expect to win another from our location and wish to combine all items, you must postpone payment until you have won the second item (third, fourth item, etc.) but not exceed 7 days from auction close. Please note that there is a 20-pound weight limit for combined orders. Due to the fragility, size, and/or weight of some merchandise, we may not be able to offer combined shipping for certain items. Please read item descriptions carefully for combining shipment restrictions.

Return Policy: Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization and under the terms stated in these policies. Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was an obvious discrepancy in the description. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. We do not refund the $2.99 handling fee or shipping.
