Packages under 1lb. & $100 in declared value will ship via UPS Mail Innovations. 
Final delivery for UPS Mail Innovations is performed by the United States Postal Service. 
(Please Note: UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.)
UPS rates are calculated by Dimensional Weight on larger items.

Insurance

Items which close for $100 or more must be insured. The insurance cost will be added to the order total.

Items which close for less than $100 may be insured at the buyer’s request. Insurance cannot be added by the buyer during the payment process. An e-mail must be sent to us before payment has been made and we will edit the order total for you.

UPS Insurance rates are as follows:

Orders with a closing price of up to $100.00 : $2.40

Orders with a closing price over $100: $2.40 + $ $0.80 for each additional $100.00 (or portion thereof.)

We apologize but if your package is damaged or lost we will not be able to issue a refund unless your package was insured. We strongly recommend insurance on all breakable items.

We reserve the right to use UPS for combined shipping to properly protect all items.

Combined Shipping

You may combine items when: 
1.) All auctions close within 7 days and 
2.) All items are safe to ship in one box and 
3.) All items combined do not exceed 20 lbs. 
(We reserve the right to deny combination of items when necessary.) 
ONCE PAID FOR, ITEMS MAY NOT BE COMBINED.
Handling charges will NOT be reduced.

Local Pick-up

Local pick-up is available by appointment only. All local pick-up items that are not picked up within 14 days will be considered a donation and resold.



Valid photo ID must be provided for pick-up, and must match name on order
Prior permission must be requested for anyone else to pick-up your order.
