Details: LeCoultre Perpetual Motion Anniversary Clock with a brass case, glass walls, and a plexiglass top section
Manufacturer/Markings: LeCoultre & Cie ATMOS fifteen 15 jewels Switzerland unadjusted **the front bottom section also has an attached plaque with a name, years of service, and date of 1966
Dimensions: measures 9 1/4" tall
Condition: Only the front glass panel and plexi lid was removed. Both panels have chipped or broken corners. The interior looks like it may be missing some screws or fasteners near the frame around the floating weight. The front strip of brass (near the top) with a notch out of it was removed when the top of case was opened. We are not sure how it fits back in and do not want to damage or force anything --so it will be wrapped seperately and securely. Two bottom base corners have cracks in the brass material and the brass overall has wear and corrosion.
PLEASE NOTE: The clock is currently not running and has not been examined by a professional. It is not known if it will need repair, adjustment, or if it is missing any parts or elements. It is being SOLD AS IS.

It is not known if the delicate wire suspending the pendulum is in good condition or if it has been damaged and needs replacement.

UPS is the only shipping agent that we use. We are UNABLE for this reason to ship media mail. When we sell books, they are delivered to you through UPS as are all of our items (unless you pickup) UPS is unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Pick up hours are 8:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m Monday through Friday. If you are coming in person to pick-up an item, please contact us via email or phone (ideally at least 2 hours in advance) so we can have your item(s) ready and waiting for you. 319-337-4158.
New policy beginning February 1, 2010: pickup items must be paid for in advance. You may do so online via your credit card or through the mail by check. There is a 5% handling charge whether you pick up in person or have your items shipped to you.
The pick up location is: 1410 S. First Ave., Iowa City, IA 52240 (call or email for directions, please.) Items selected for pick up from the seller must be picked up within thirty (30) days from close of auction. Items not picked up from seller within thirty (30) days from close of auction will be resold with no further notice. Our area where we work is very small and storage space is precious.
