Our items are donated goods we sell in order to benefit the community of Goodwill Industries Upstate Midlands South Carolina.

Concerning Jewelry: Unless the jewelry has been listed as 10Kt, 14Kt, 18K, 24K, 28K, 925 Silver, etc; it is Gold Toned or Silver Toned. This means it is more than likely fashion jewelry or costume jewelry- it's not authentic. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read all auction details.

Payment: We currently accept credit/debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, CERTIFIED CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS. We are also NOT able to accept payments through PayPal. For pick-ups, please pay in advance online with credit card. We do not process payments onsite.

Pick-Ups:

Pay in advance online. We do not process payments on site. Before pickup can be made, payment should be made online with a credit card only.

Items must be picked up within 14 days from close of auction, or they will be considered a donation and relisted.

Items may be picked up Monday through Friday 8AM to 1130AM and 1230PM to 4PM. Excludes weekends and holidays.

Return Policy:

Shipping, handling, and insurance are NOT refundable.

We accept returns only with prior authorization from the seller within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

We consider all unauthorized returns a donation. We do not issue refunds for unauthorized returns, and we relist them.
